An expert project manager / owners representative and permit expeditor with successful representation to numerous municipalities. Ed also possesses environmental and geotechnical expertise as well as superior budgeting and estimating skills.
Responsible for development of multiple Chase banks, Starbucks and Wendy’s restaurants. Restoration of JP Morgan landmark building Wall St., NYC as well as Exxon Mobil service stations and convenience stores throughout eastern US.
Successfully managed over $500,000,000.00 in construction projects.
